Elite 3D Printing specializes in custom, personalized, and made-to-order 3D printed items, as well as select ready-to-ship products. Because many items are produced specifically for each order, product appearance, color, and dimensions may vary slightly from photos due to the nature of the 3D printing process.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill a custom request. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

3. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom orders are produced according to the specifications, text, images, or designs you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and approving these details before production begins. Once production has started, custom orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for details on custom order eligibility.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors may occasionally occur; if a pricing error is found, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product designs, images, logos, and text, is the property of Elite 3D Printing unless otherwise noted and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. If you submit a custom design or file for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it, and you agree not to submit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elite 3D Printing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Product Use and Safety

3D printed items are intended for their described use only. Elite 3D Printing is not responsible for misuse of a product or use of a product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
