Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Elite 3D Printing. Because many of our items are custom-made, please review the policy below carefully.
1. Custom Orders
• All custom and personalized orders are final sale and non-refundable.
• This includes items made to customer specifications such as personalized names, logos, custom sizing, color selections, or uploaded designs.
• Orders produced exactly as submitted are not eligible for refunds due to customer-provided errors.
2. Ready-to-Ship (Non-Custom) Items
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Local Pickup Orders
• Orders must be picked up within 7 days of the ready-for-pickup notification.
• Orders not picked up within 7 days may be considered abandoned and non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged or defective item.
• We will provide a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including return shipping when applicable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Digital/downloadable products
• Clearance or final-sale items
How to Request a Return

We will provide return instructions within 24–48 hours.

Ship items back using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
