How long does production take?

Production times vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. Most standard orders are completed within 3–7 business days, while larger or bulk orders may take longer. We will provide an estimated completion time when your order is confirmed.


Do you offer bulk or business pricing?

Yes. We offer discounted pricing for bulk orders, business branding items, school orders, and team merchandise. Contact us for a custom quote.


Can I choose colors and sizes?

Yes. Most products can be printed in a variety of colors and sizes. Available options will be discussed during the order process.


Do you ship orders or offer local pickup?

We offer shipping within the United States as well as local pickup in the Smiths Grove, Kentucky area.


What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Can I return a custom item?

Because custom items are made specifically for each customer, custom and personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.


Do you design items if I don’t have a file?

Yes. We can help design many custom items based on your idea or description. Design assistance may be included or quoted depending on the complexity of the project.
