Thank you for shopping with Elite 3D Printing. Because many of our products are custom-made, please review our shipping information below.

Processing Times

Most orders are produced within 3–7 business days after payment is received.
Custom, personalized, or bulk orders may require additional production time depending on complexity and quantity. Estimated production times will be communicated when your order is confirmed.

Shipping Times

Shipping delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after the order has been completed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and delivery destination.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in the Smiths Grove, Kentucky area. Customers selecting local pickup will receive a notification when their order is ready. Orders should be picked up within 7 days of notification unless prior arrangements are made.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Elite 3D Printing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For lost shipments, please contact us so we can assist with carrier claims when applicable.
